Colonial & Bellaire

According to the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS, the Colonial and Bellaire neighborhoods are grouped together since both are in close proximity and the similarity of the homes. These areas are located four miles southwest of the Fort Worth Central Business District.

The Colonial Hills Addition and the Bellaire neighborhood boast large-two story Colonial, Spanish and Tudor style homes. Ranch-style homes are sprinkled throughout the Simondale and Alton road area of the neighborhoods. At the southern end of these two neighborhoods are prairie style cottage homes. Many of the homes in this area are of stucco or brick and many have tile roofs and basements.

The curving streets and bluff lots overlooking river valley and Fort Worth's west side lend to these neighborhoods' appeal. Many of the Colonial Parkway lots have views of the club's golf course.
